Heather Clem's affair with Hulk Hogan got caught on tape.  The problem is Clem is Hogan's best friend DJ Bubba the Love Sponge's ex wife. The tape reveals the awkward intimacy between a man and his best friend's ex wife.

Radaronline.com has reported that 38-year-old is "ashamed" and "embarrassed" that the secret moment that should have been kept in between the walls got exposed to the whole world.

"Heather is completely devastated the sex tape has appeared in public and doesn't want to talk about it," Clem's "friend" told radaronline.com.

"She thinks it puts her in a bad light - it's not as if Hulk's a hunk and it's a pretty embarrassing moment."

"What's worse is Hulk's interruptions - stopping Heather when she's performing a sex act to check his cell phone and then admitting he felt like a pig because he ate too much right before after they finished up... the video makes her look like a peace of meat," the friend continued.

"Heather didn't want her friends and family knowing that she had sex with Hulk Hogan - he's very corny."

"It was a private moment, and wasn't meant to be shared with anyone else."

The 30 minute footage was allegedly taped "without Hogan's knowledge or permission," according to Hogan's lawyer.

"We are going to do everything in our power to figure out who did it. Anyone displaying the tape will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law."

 It was taped during the time he was still married to then wife Linda Hogan.  Linda actually admitted that she "wasn't really shocked about it."

Hulk Hogan And Heather Clem Tape Leaked By Gawker

racy private tape featuring former professional wrestler Hulk Hogan has been leaked online. Gawker posted the clip after saying it received a copy from an anonymous source.

This is not the first time that this video is making headline in the Web. It surfaced earlier this year and was reportedly shopped around to at least one studio. There are many Web users who are trying to confirm the partner in the leakeed video of 59-year old wrestler.

According to the sources, Heather Clem, the ex-wife of his best friend, radio DJ Bubba the Love Sponge, is the lady who is doing nasty poses in the clip. Bubba, who legally changed his name by deed poll, is mentioned in the video as Hulk asks his partner if she had slept with him earlier that day.

It has also been said that Hulk receives a call from his son Nick during the bedroom antics, but instead of answering the phone, he responds, "F*** no!" Hulk's lawyers on Friday were in the process of drafting a cease-and-desist letter and threatening to sue for invasion of privacy if the tape weren't taken down, TMZ reported.

Meanwhile, on the same day the Hogan clip appeared, his ex-wife Linda Hogan was arrested around 1 a.m. in Los Angeles for suspicion of driving under the influence, E! Online reports. She was booked at a nearby police station following a 1.34am arrest, according to TMZ, and was released after posting $5000 several hours later.
